Specializing in employment law, Hélène focuses in particular on advisory work.
Accordingly, she assists French and foreign companies with the legal aspects of human resources management, both on a daily basis, and on specific projects or complex operations. She also advises international groups on the management of employment relationships and assists them with setting up and developing their businesses in France.
She has built up extensive expertise in individual labor relations (health at work, psychological/social risks, high-risk redundancies) and in the field of corporate governance.
She is particularly active with legal issues concerning the status of managers (employment contracts, corporate office, management packages and performance-based incentives, expatriation, etc.) and with the amicable or contentious departure of corporate officers and senior executives (revocation, dismissal, non-competition, etc.).
She also regularly works with business managers and top executives to negotiate their status at the time of hiring and when they leave the Company. She assists them at the pre-litigation stage and at the litigation stage where required.
As well as advising clients, Helene also represents them in the course of litigation before the employment and social security courts.
Prior to founding BLM Associés, Hélène worked 17 years in the Employment Law department at August & Debouzy.
She is a member of the Paris Bar since 2000 and holds a Master’s degree in Employment law (DEA droit du travail) from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and a post-graduate degree in Business and Corporate Law (Institut de droit des affaires).

Corinne advises French and international companies on the various employment law issues they face. She therefore assists them with the daily management of their individual and collective relations and with the implementation of complex projects (collective negotiation, working time and compensation and savings schemes).
She has also built up extensive experience in pre- or post-acquisition employment law audits and reorganisation and restructuring operations.
Additionally, she advises clients on corporate governance issues (simultaneous holding of an employment contract and a corporate office, management packages and termination of relations). She also advises managers and senior executives in relation to the term of their contract / mandate.
She regularly appears before the employment courts and the social security courts.
Prior to founding BLM Associés, Corinne practised for eight years in the Employment Law department of August & Debouzy and subsequently joined HPML as a partner, where she headed up the Employment Law department for almost nine years.
Enrolled with the Paris bar since 1996, she is a graduate of Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (DEA (diploma of advanced studies) in Business and Commercial Law) and ESCP Europe Paris school (MS (Specialised Masters) in Law and International Business Management).

Specialising in litigation, the principal focus of France’s work is the management of employment disputes. She conducts proceedings before the employment courts as well as the civil and criminal courts. She has built up extensive expertise in individual and collective employment disputes and in criminal employment law matters. She conducts complex employment law litigation and regularly represents individuals and companies before the criminal courts.
She also advises French and international companies on the everyday management of workplace relations, on various employment law issues and on the prevention of psychological and social risks (moral and sexual harassment, distress at work, duty of safety), discrimination and unequal treatment.
She assists senior executives, managers and corporate officers with decision-making and with contractual and settlement negotiations. She also assists individuals and/or companies with setting up delegations of powers.
Prior to founding BLM Associés, France practised for 15 years in the Employment Law department of August & Debouzy.
Enrolled with the Paris bar since 2000, she is a graduate of Université Aix-Marseille II (DEA (diploma of advanced studies) in criminal law and criminal science) and Université Paris XIII (DESS (higher diploma) in employment and human resources management law).
